In order to develop appropriate transportation facilities within a realistic financial framework, we believe it is necessary to:

• Optimize use of existing transportation facilities;
• Appropriately increase the capacity of existing systems, and;
• Apply new technology to increase system efficiency and safety

Our understanding of current techniques and technologies is the direct result of the many transportation studies we have completed.
